China Regulates Reincarnation

Sounds like an Onion headline right? Wrong. In a move to weaken the power of the Dalai Lama and prevent the reincarnation of the Dalai Lama within Chinese borders, China has begun to regulate who can and cannot reincarnate in the country. In response, the Dalai Lama has announced his intention to reincarnate outside of Tibet as long as it is under Chinese control.
