Body Integrity Identity Disorder

Body Integrity Identity Disorder (BIID), a.k.a. Amputee Identity Disorder or Apotemnophilia is the overwhelming desire to amputate one or more healthy limbs or other parts of the body.

The body parts in question usually feel foreign to those afflicted, and they can even map out to the inch where exactly the amputation should occur. These individuals are otherwise completely mentally healthy and actually experience relief after they embark on such an act.

Someone made a documentary on it named Whole, which was pretty interesting. And of course, Springer had a guest on with such a disorder, unbeknownst to them.
