Joe Rogan calls out Carlos Mencia during a gig at the Comedy Store in LA last month. Clip shows numerous examples of Mencia stealing jokes from other comedians, as well as testimony from those comedians. Second clip is of Mencia ripping off a Bill Cosby routine from 1983.

Fun fact: Despite all his jokes about being Mexican, Mencia is actually half Honduran, half German and his real name is Ned Holness.
