The premise: A fan of the Cosby's makes a cloning machine that only clones Bill Cosby. At first he just wanted to have a family of Cosby to live with, but things get out of hand when he realizes every 10th Cosby he clones is a "Super Cosby" with special powers. Only an army of Cosbys and Super Cosbys can save the world of all its ills.
