Ravers in Vienna are safer due to an agreement between local police and a group of scientists and social workers who test the purity and make-up of pills. The police agree not to arrest anyone for drugs in the vicinity of the testing. Thus users can properly dose themselves as well as avoid pills containing harmful substances.
