final freedom tower design... seriously

Over a year and a half ago the "final design for the WTC site was unveiled"... or so I thought. Today a new "final design" has been unveiled. If you ask me, they should stop unveiling and start building.

If you want to see the Freedom Tower on your next trip to New York, make sure to plan your trip after 2010. In the meantime, I'd visit the Burj Dubai, already under construction.

Looks cool, though I wish they would just rebuild the WTC towers. Only taller. I just think they made the NYC skyline seem complete.

Yeah, I agree. Donald Trump agrees too. He tried to push the idea a couple months ago.

Yeah, a huge memorial like that should be built somewhere, but the building's investors in the end do have to make a profit. I don't think going to work at the *NEW WTC Towers!* every day would be a morale booster for your company. Something different is probably essential.

Heh, but it is kind of interesting -- the most valuable real estate versus the most valued memorial.

I have to say that I hate the name "Freedom Tower". It just seems cheap somehow.

I hope they serve freedom fries in the food court.

Jean-Claude Van Damme in:

"Final Freedom: Tower Design"!

Emily, I don't know if you realize this, but freedom isn't free. It costs $1.05.

Freedom isn't free
It's a hefty ffffuckin' fee
And if you don't pitch in your buck o five
Who will?

Also, Pearl Harbor sucked and I love you.

Hahaha, good call Karen. Great movie.
