What is even being sold to me...?

I've been getting spam recently that makes absolutely no sense. Could someone decipher what is being sold to me here...

my best guess is that it's either 1) a plain-text email with html alternate text that has the real payload. Your mail reader is perhaps configured to ignore the html payload if there's plain text available, as mine is. 2) they are trying to train AI-based spam filters somehow.
