Dans le Noir

Translated, "In the Dark", Dans le Noir is a Paris restaurant where the blind serve the blind. A primarily blind staff serves up food in a restaurant that is devoid of light. The restaurant aims to give the those with the gift of sight the experience of dining without sight. The servers guide you to your table and help with advice on how to accomplish tasks like filling your water glass in complete darkness. On the culinary side, the lack of sight is supposed to enhance your other senses such as smell, touch and taste while dining.

The website is not fully translated, so I found some more information here.

Nah. I agree with Jerry Seinfeld:

Jerry: What do you think the worst part of being blind is?

Julianna: Excuse me?

Jerry: You know, if you were blind what do you think the worst part of it would be?

Julianna: I don't know.

Jerry: I think it would be not being able to tell if there was bugs in my food. How could you ever enjoy a meal like that? I'd constantly be feeling around with my lips and my tongue.

Ah, but it would be an experience difficult to replicate.

Just bring a keychain light.

And hide it in your mouth. (I just now skimmed the article)
