disjointed bug fix

I fixed a problem with the archives today. Some of you had pointed out to me that when going through the archives, posts with URLs in the title could not be reached via the archives. Instead the link in the archive took you to the link from the subject of the post rather than the post itself. This has been fixed. Happy archiving!

I have also been closing comments to older articles (2+ weeks old) in an attempt to fight spammers. It seems to be pretty effective.
