African-Americans suspect HIV plot

Almost half of all African-Americans believe that HIV, the virus that causes Aids, is man-made, more than a quarter believe it was produced in a government laboratory and one in eight think it was created and spread by the CIA, according to a study released by Rand Corporation and the University of Oregon.

Maybe they're confusing it with crack cocaine, which is man-made and was spread by the CIA.

But as the article points out, this isn't simply a case of Dumb Black People due to our government's history of similarily abusing them with other diseases (in some countries, using biological weapons against minorities in your county would be just cause for invasion).
