At urbanrail.net you can find subway/lightrail maps for just about every city that has one in the world.

urbanrail.net is one of my favorite sites in the world... that dude works hard. I'll be sure to take lots of pictures of metros when I go to Asia this winter to offer him.

Btw, most light rail systems, which are mostly in North America, aren't covered on the site due to lack of time and not really being metros.
