Philadelphia voting machines have planted votes
Posted by ryan at 10:29 AM in philadelphia , politics . | 6 Comments
Before voting even began in Philadelphia -- poll watchers found nearly 2000 votes already planted on machines scattered throughout the city... Pennsylvania GOP filing suit in Court of Common Pleas to have machines in question impounded, replaced with machines that did not already have votes on them... MORE... A gun was purposely made visible to scare poll watchers at Ward 30, division 11, at 905 S. 20th St., Grand Court. Police were called and surrounded the location.

My voting experience here in Philly was pretty smooth. We got to our polling place at 7am and had to wait about 40 minutes in line. The people running the polling place were a bit unorganized and moving a little slow. Besides that, all went well. Posted by: ryan at November 2, 2004 11:10 AM |

Saw that first thing this morning...so much for machines and reliability! Did anyone hear about the 30 rented GOTV vans at GOP HQ in Milwaukee that got their tires slashed overnight? No rides to the polls today!!! http://www.jsonline.com/news/state/nov04/271676.asp Posted by: Dude at November 2, 2004 1:46 PM |

I didn't see the planted vote story on the drudge report when I clicked the link. But that was yesterday and yesterday's gone. Posted by: karen at November 3, 2004 2:16 PM |
