Ken Blackwell and more fun with voter fraud

The Columbus Dispatch covers the latest development in the Kenneth Blackwell voter suppression scandal. Summarizing what a federal judge said: Blackwell failed to do his duty, ignored a court order, risks disenfranchising many Ohioans, and can't be trusted. Blackwell also likes to compare gays with barnyard animals. Apparently, he remains ignorant of the many examples of homosexual behaviour found in nature.

Also, sometimes it's necessary to go outside one's country (via the internet) to get a view on one's own. As The Guardian (via Taipei) reports:

Occasionally the mask slips. In July, John Pappageorge, Michigan's Republican state legislator, told a Republican meeting: "If we do not suppress the Detroit vote, we're going to have a tough time in this election cycle."

Detroit is more than 80 percent black. It does not take a genius to work out whose votes he was keen to suppress.

Hehe...ok, I am declaring hiatus from disjointed until after the election, as I need to save my energy for all that "voter suppression" I'm involved in. :o)

You know, maybe I'll just quit all this politics stuff and buy me a professional baseball team. I'm going to go buy me a "dis-in-franchise"...LMAO

Fortunately, I have state and congressional races to keep my mind occupied and to salvage some degree of happiness from the Presidential debacle I'm expecting on election night. Should be a blast!

I love all your liberal asses...and you too JT.
