Are we being contacted?

Astronomers have been reviewing radio transmissions from deep space for some time now. Recently they came upon SHGb02+141 (signal name). It's being transmitted from 1000 light years away at 1,420 megahertz. Is the signal artificial or natural? They really don't know yet. Here's the story.

It's a good frequency for Hydrogen.

They mention that possibility in the story Meximanamex. It's said that may be the most obvious frequencey to broadcast messages.
