When does alcohol become a drug?

It seems that only when you start inhaling vaporized alcohol does it become a drug.
"Inhalation or snorting of alcohol is basically synonymous with drug use and that kind of practice should not be encouraged."Because we all know that alcohol is completely different from "drugs" because you "drink" alcohol and you can't drink drugs. You have to smoke or inject them.
Alcohol experts described the device as "diabolical" and warned that inhaling alcohol could cause serious brain damage.Just look at the diabolical smirk of the inventor while that poor white woman lies in captivity, slave to the crack-like alcohol vapors.
Maybe the funniest part about this (to me) is the possibility that measured BAC levels are lower. So they'll have to resort to testing people's impairment. OMG, what if they had to start doing that in the workplace instead of testing if one of their workers had smoked pot two weekends ago?
