Bad News

A Georgia woman tried to pass off a million dollar bill (fake) at a Walmart. Apparently, clerks in North Carolina are more gullible, at least when it comes to $200 Dubya bills.

Extend voting to 14-year olds in California? Sounds good to me, even if 14-year olds only get a quarter vote and 16-year olds get a half. I don't buy the argument that at 16 a human should be capable of operating several thousand pound manually controlled machines at high speeds, but not yet capable of forming an informed opinion. I think high school is the appropriate time when they should be learning how they play a role in government by having politicians cater to them.

Among Asians, kids who pledge abstinence until marriage end up not knowing to use condoms when they do have sex end up with almost twice the STD infection rate as those who don't.

"The message is really simple: 'Just say no' may work in the short-term but doesn't work in the long-term," Peter Bearman of Columbia University's Department of Sociology said.
"It's my FUTURE! I want to be an engineer... sex CAN WAIT!"

And in the most surprising news of all, a study finds that Americans are too fat.

Hahahahaha. That billboard should read, "It's my FUTURE! I want to be an engineer... sex WILL wait."

Of course that isn't so true for me. I was knocking boots with all the Indian girls.

I got a kick out of the billboard, too. But, like Ryan, I was knocking boots with all the Indian girls. Just kidding.

I think that Peter Bearman is my brother's boss. I often make fun of my brother for being an expert on abstinance. Making fun of him for going to Columbia got old.

zach also liked the billboard.

Yes, good billboard. At least now I know why so many engineers I meet are socially retarded. ;)
