Some questions I would have:

1) Can the witch of the house cast a spell on the landlord to get us all free rent? If not could we torture him into submission with a voodoo doll?
2) I like to cook with a lot of garlic, will the vampire be ok with this?
3) Isn't modern primitive an oxymoron?
