Some of the later SB ads were better. If there was any doubt before, IBM is seriously trying to mainstream Linux. Even Kurt Vonnegut is getting in the mix. Also, regarding the new Pepsi free music download campaign: Pepsi drinkers can put their unused caps to good use by rewarding non-RIAA artists at tunerecycler.

I received 1x1: Pixel-Based Illustration & Design. The first five pages featured a giant pixel tile mosaic, Space Invaders, Hektor painting Che, Blinkenlights of Pacman and some grayscale facial images, and cross-stitching. What followed was over 300 pages of beautiful pixel art including cameo appearances by some Street Fighter characters alongside the one like Marilyn Manson, as well as the obligatory pixel porn. One piece that really tickled me was, "Icon Museum" by Totto Renna, an isometric pixel illustration of an art exhibit in which giant Photoshop icons were being displayed on the walls.

One thing that would be nice.. categories. The posts are all over the board here at disjointed but I think we could fit most of em under: humor, game culture, science, art, politics, news, robots, porn... maybe doom. Stuff can obviously be in more than one category.

Well, I turned on categories, but I need to set up the category archive pages. Notice that a categories option is available when you post your articles -- you can also create new categories.
