Students for an Orwellian Society. "Because 2004 is 20 years too late."

1959 was the year the Students for a Democratic Society was founded. They eventually splintered into many different groups including the Weather Underground.

SDS has been revived. People in Ann Arbor may be interested to know that there will be a meeting for {students,seniors,survivors,seekers,strugglers} for a democratic society today at 7:30p in G115, Angell Hall asement of central campus. The opening speaker will be Alan Haber, the first elected SDS president.
