This is great. A self balancing scooter like the Segway, built from off the shelf parts, programmed in C.

The failure of Segway has many causes and the price is probably the biggest. Halving the cost makes it ... (thinking...) ... twice as affordable. But you can buy motorized wheelchairs off Ebay for even less! And they have cupholders. He says some pretty damning things about the concept in general, like how tiring it is to ride.
