Neither of them seem to have much of a killer instinct. I guess that's why they're both still alive. I notice that the guy behind the counter ends up holding the gun in his left hand at the end. I wonder if he's left handed or just surprised.

He does act pretty quickly, though to grab it, considering it looks like he didn't even notice what was going on until the gun hit the counter (due to his baseball hat?)

I like how nonchalant the clerk is. He just grabs the gun and leans up against the counter while casually pointing it at the guy running for the door.
