In January of 2001 a decriminilization organization called Change The Climate began an ad campaign on the D.C. bus system supporting the reform of current laws to stop wasting tax dollars. In retaliation, the House of Representatives just snuck in a provision in a bill they passed that effectively censors decrim groups from trying to reform the current laws. "This same bill gives the White House $145 million in taxpayer money to run anti-marijuana ads next year." Those in power abusing their power to stay in power.
