"She got pushed down, and they walked over her like a herd of elephants," said VanLester's sister, Linda Ellzey. "I told them, 'Stop stepping on my sister! She's on the ground!"'

The scene at a Wal*Mart yesterday at 6 am.

Paramedics called to the store found VanLester unconscious on top of a DVD player, surrounded by shoppers seemingly oblivious to her, said Mark O'Keefe, a spokesman for EVAC Ambulance.

After all that, a Wal*Mart spokeswoman offered to hold a DVD player for her. Why aren't they stocking this book..

the funniest thing about this story is that Walmart offered to put the dvd player on hold. not to buy it, but put it on hold. heartless bastards. what they should do is hunt down the psychos that couldn't wait to save twenty bucks on a dvd player and knock them down for 24 hours strait. everytime they get up, knock em down until they just give up and lay in the same spot for a day. that would be sweet.

Someone should get a copy of the security camera recording of this incident, cut it to DVD, then sell it back to us at Walmart.
