Maybe it's a tribute to Roy. I don't know if it is Roy though. Whoever did it should have also put a tiger around his head.

hahaahahaha. if it wasn't in bad graf-ethics to do so, i'd say make a open-mouthed tiger stencil and complete his work.

maybe just stencil, "where is the tiger?" near by
